N-7 Control
Sumitomo Plastics Machinery’s N-7 control system is designed to help optimize machine performance and increase injection molding productivity. Equally important, the N-7 control builds operator confidence due to its many ease of use features.
With its precision capabilities, for example, you can achieve screw position control to .001 in. and minimum velocity control down to 1%.
Straightforward screen designs and selectable auto-programming of initial molding conditions ensure that the N-7 is easy-to-use.
The N-7’s Quality Control function allows monitoring and control of 10 variables plus multi-function production control.
Plus, the N-7 control’s real-time charts and graphs enable precision profiling.
Ease-of-use features of the N-7 include:

The photos used in this section are of the N-7 control on Sumitomo's SHC general-purpose machine. Although there are minor differences between the controls on the other machine series equipped with the N-7, the color, page layout and information are basically the same.
