Spare Parts Availability
Spare parts availability is an important part of Sumitomo’s Comprehensive Customer Satisfaction program.
To ensure that customers’ spare parts requirements are promptly and efficiently met, Sumitomo Plastics Machinery continuously monitors parts use and provides US stocking for a minimum of 90% of required parts based on type and use.
The delivery times and methods available are shown in the diagram above.
