When your Sumitomo injection molding machine arrives, an experienced Sumitomo Service Engineer provides machine startup and training including:
- Basic operation and maintenance instruction (training on control systems can also be arranged prior to installation)
- A detailed preventive maintenance schedule
- All training manuals and support documentation covering instruction, parts, operation, molding maintenance and trouble shooting
To ensure a superior level of service, all Sumitomo Service Engineers are professionally trained and meet rigorous certification standards. In independently conducted surveys of our customers, our Service Engineers are consistently rated as knowledgeable, helpful and responsive.
