Direct-Drive Vertical All-Electrics
Sumitomo Plastics Machinery’s SV Series of direct-drive all-electric vertical injection molding machines was designed for hoop molding, lens molding and other applications requiring single-station vertical molding capabilities.
Available in 20 and 55 US ton model sizes, the SV vertical all-electric machines feature:
- Sumitomo’s advanced direct-drive motor technology for precision and repeatability in which the set points and actual values are virtually indistinguishable from each other
- Results for shot weight accuracy and repeatability yield a typical deviation-to-mean ratio of less that 0.02%
