The locations of the training facilities are as follows: Atlanta Tech Center 1266 Oakbrook Drive Norcross, GA 30093 Los Angeles Training Facility 208 Lewis Court Corona, CA 92882 2008 Course Descriptions and Schedule OPERATION Course (for SED, SE-DU, SE-HD and SE-HS All-Electric Machines) This course will familiarize you with Sumitomo’s latest all-electric machines plus how to take full advantage of the capabilities of the N8/N9 control systems to optimize machine performance.2-day Lecture/Application 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Course fee: $200. Atlanta Tech Center: February 4-5, May 12-13, August 11-12, and November 3-4, 2008 Los Angeles Training Facility: February 25-26, May 19-20, September 15-16, and December 8-9, 2008 MAINTENANCE Course (for SED, SE-DU, SE-HD and SE-HS All-Electric Machines) This course will teach you troubleshooting and maintenance of Sumitomo all-electric machines as well as effective use of the N8/N9 control systems. 2-day Lecture/Application 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Course fee: $300. Atlanta Tech Center: February 6-7, May 14-15, August 13-14, and November 5-6, 2008 Los Angeles Training Facility: February 27-28, May 21-22, September 17-18, and December 10-11, 2008 PROCESSING FUNDAMENTALS Course This processing course is designed to provide the beginner to the intermediate processor with a good foundation to understand the individual functions of the machine and auxiliaries that make up the plastic injection molding system. Hands-on operation in our technical center will provide you with the confidence to systematically solve molding problems and sharpen your molding skills. 4-day Lecture/Application 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Course fee: $400. Atlanta Tech Center: February 11-14, May 5-8, August 18-21, and November 10-13, 2008 Customized Training Customized training courses on all machine models are available by request and are quoted separately.
