Purchase of a new machine entitles a company to two seats in a four-day operation and maintenance class. This is valid for one year from the date of the machine delivery. The customer also has the choice to redeem these seats for one seat in a four-day processing class.

Sumitomo Electric Machine Operation

This course will familiarize you with Sumitomo’s latest all-electric machines plus how to take full advantage of the capabilities of the N8/N9/Z control systems to optimize machine performance.
2-day Lecture/Application
9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Course fee: $400.
Note: For students attending both the Operation and Machine Maintenance Courses, the combined cost will be $700.

Sumitomo Electric Machine Maintenance

This course will teach you troubleshooting and maintenance of Sumitomo all-electric machines as well as effective use of the N8/N9/Z control systems.

PROCESSING FUNDAMENTALS Course

This processing course is designed to provide the beginner to the intermediate processor with a good foundation to understand the individual functions of the machine and auxiliaries that make up the plastic injection molding system. Hands-on operation in our technical center will provide you with the confidence to systematically solve molding problems and sharpen your molding skills.
